I found my passion for enriching the lives of others early on. My passion for helping others led me to start a long and rewarding relationship with Big Brothers, Big Sisters in 2003. In 2004, I followed my bliss and became a certified yoga instructor at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Val Morin, Quebec. In 2014, I graduated from the Coaching for Transformation Program through Leadership That Works certified by the International Coach Federation. My desire as a life coach is to help all people see themselves as resourceful and capable, while learning to set achievable goals and experience lasting results.
My specialty is helping my clients infuse love, passion and purpose in everything they do because I am passionate about the following: helping clients attract great, healthy and authentic relationships that go the distance, seeing clients embrace lives that don't require a vacation, and supporting clients through the often overwhelming transformational process that leads to truly living.
This coaching journey is truly personal for me because I put my own coaching strategies and skills to use and vowed to attract and marry the love of my life. This happened in 2015. How can I encourage my clients to go after their highest dreams if I don't go after mine?
In addition to holding an Undergraduate Degree in Journalism from Clark Atlanta University, I hold a Master's Degree in Communications from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
I wholeheartedly embrace my coach's stand and I ground myself in the belief that my clients have the ability to transform their lives and THRIVE. My main objective is to celebrate and support all clients throughout the process, while believing in their highest and greatest good!
